I recently began subletting a studio space in the Trafalgar Building, located in downtown Guelph. The space belongs to painter Pearl Van Geest, who is currently in Windsor doing her MFA and I will be sharing it with my friend and fellow maker-of-cool-shit, Ryan Cassidy. Right next to our space are printmakers Tammy Ratcliff and Lydia Nieuwenkamp and the rest of the third floor is also dedicated to artist studios. You have no idea how thrilled I am to be able to work in a place like this! Just take a look:

My new studio mate, Ryan Cassidy and I will be hosting a collaborative drawing event for Guelph's 'Nuit Blanche', this Saturday September 8th! Other participating artists include: Michael Byers, Jay Stephens, Nick Craine, Marc Bell, Gregory Pepper, with sounds by Taylor Moran. All are welcome to stop by, have a beer and observe as this drawing apocalypse unfolds!
